We typically suggest placing your order about 3 months before the event. 
This gives us plenty of time to email pdf files, mail a sample,
email additional pdf files and make the order.



General Information
(just starting the order, getting a sample)


We recommend ordering 3 months before the wedding. However we have handled orders for weddings as close as 3 weeks away. You can certainly order earlier and then get your sample. We can then schedule for whenever you would like.


• When your order is received we will email you pdf file for a quick proof of the order. It contains an itemized quote and proof of the layout of the printed items in the typeface you selected. You are welcome then to email or call with any changes.

•Once we have your approval on the emailed proof you are charged for the custom sample ($20) and an actual sample invitation will be mailed to you. The sample is mailed within 1-2 business days and is sent by first class mail. The first $20 custom sample fee gets credited back to you when you place your final printed order.

•When you receive the sample you can call or email with any changes. You are welcome to change anything.  Nothing is locked in.  Change the size, the colors, the text, the layers, the typeface... anything. We will email you a new pdf file proof to review.

•Once we have your approval on the order, we will start the process.



Ready to Order
(already received the sample (or skipping sample) and approved the order)


Once you give your okay to print the supplies are produced in your selected sizes and colors.  Normal timing is 3 weeks from placing the order until it is ready to ship.  You can have your order rushed.  If you would like to have your order ready to ship within 2 weeks it is an additional $30 charge.  Ready to ship in 1 week it is an additional $50  If you have an issue with timing, please let us know and we will review options.  If any issue arises on our end, we will alert you.

The shipping of the complete order is from North Carolina. FedEx ground service is used and the time depends on the shipping address.  Typically 2-6 business days depending on where in the US you are located. The shipping can be expedited by 3 day air for $25 plus ground shipping fee, 2 day air for $35 plus ground shipping fee, overnight for $50 plus ground shipping fee).  You are also welcome to submit a FedEx account number to use for your shipping.
