Addressing
Envelopes with the return address printed are an additional $0.50 each
For the return address and the guest addresss to be printed it is an additional $0.75 each
When you place your order let us know we will be printing the addresses.
You then will need to submit a Word document (.doc) to us via e-mail.
You can submit the file only once (meaning please do not try to make edits to the list after it has been submitted).
Any reorders of the invitations are not eligible to have the addresses printed.
Format:
1. Word documents please.
2. Put a page break between each address (one page per envelope) note: this does not mean putting a lot of returns until the next address moves to the next page. In the menus at the top there is "Insert" and you then select "Break" and select "Page Break"
3. When addressing envelopes please keep the following in mind:
No abbreviations are used.
"Post Office Box, state names, Street, Avenue, Apartment, etc. are traditionally written out.
4. Formal names should be used instead of nicknames.
If your guest is to be allowed to bring a date or guest and you do not know that person's name:

So please do not send us a list in label format.
A common question we get is how to convert a address list that is in Microsoft Excel to the required format in Microsoft Word. To convert a file from excel to a word document. For this example, I have made the assumption that you have the names in one cell, the next address line in one cell and then the city, state, zip in one cell. If that is not the case, still the below directions should get you close to what you need.
1. Open your excel file, highlight and copy the entire table.
2. Open word and paste it.
3. Highlight the entire table and go to the menu at top ”Table”
4. Select convert table to text
5. A menu will pop up and you should specify put tabs between each entry
6. Make sure you can see hidden characters and then highlight one of the line breaks, copy it.
7. Go to edit menu and select “Replace”
8. Ask it to replace each line break with 2 line breaks
9. Then ask it to replace all tab marks with line breaks
10. Then ask it to replace all line break line break (2 in a row) into page breaks.
11. This should now have the entire file with a one name and address per page.
12. If you need to review them you can go to the menu “View” and select draft .
Ta da!
